“Very comfortable shoe with zero drop. However, if you are after a minimalist running shoe then there is far too much cushioning. It could be argued they are a transition shoe, but this does not make sense given the foot strengthening exercises that should accompany a change to ‘minimalist running’. The cushioning makes these exercises redundant.”
“These are the shoes I have been searching for my whole life, why has nobody developed the obvious foot shaped toe box solution before now? Supremely comfortable pair of trainers and no more black toenails. I am a forefoot runner so zero drop works for me but if you're a heel striker make sure you take time to transition into these wonderful shoes.”
“Very pleased with them, had read a few reviews about the 2.0 not being as good as the 1.5 but am happy with them. Needed a half size smaller than my normal Brooks trainer. Will definitely look at Altras again”
