“Super comfortable out of the box. Prior to Altra I was wearing minimalist barefoot brand & switched as the soles wore out too quickly. I was worried the cushioning would be too much even with a zero drop. But I have not found that my gait has changed at all; I just feel more cushioned & impact from running on pavements feels less. I bought 1/2 size bigger than my normal size as recommended & size is perfect. I love these shoes & highly recommend them. I would not go back to barefoot.”
“Fabulous concept and a really refreshing moment for me. I have size 9 ladies feet, foot shaped feet and have always struggled with shoes. I have since tried a unisex pair of Altras but the heel fit isn’t as good so THANK YOU for making a women’s fit foot shaped running shoe for me. It could do with a smidgeon more length for a perfect personal fit but removing the insole does that job too. A PB on the first run out and a different better running experience - what better accolade is there?”
