“Hoka shoes recommended by hospital podiatry dept. For arthritic pain (Age78) Emailed Charlie who suggested which model and size to buy. He even filled the form for me. Excellent service and shoes are just right. And my foot pain has reduced.Overall I am really pleased”
“I really like these shoes. Wide fit is great for my toe box area. If you are 'normal' go for the standard width fit. These are my second pair of them. I was sceptical at first, thought they looked funny too. But have ran many half marathons off road in snow and mud. Really good grip. Never a slip. Comfy and no blisters (unlike my new balance). I have wide feet from bunions and skinny ankles. I find getting running shoes stressful because you can't get many wide feet Trail shoes. These are great. Good support and cushioning too. The altra lone peaks v4 are good for wide feet too but zero drop.”
“Didn't seen wide fitting to me, and especially not deep enough for me. Had to return. Just not enough volume in the shoe. For wide I found Salomon 4 wide better”
“This is my fourth pair of hoka one one shoes and really peased that the challenger series is now available in wide fitting. The shoes are very lightweight and seem to have great grip on light trails and paved roads. For me they don't feel quite as cushioned as an earlier challenger2 but still pleased with them.”
“Got these for my lady, she’s had some issues with the narrower fitting shoes, she absolutely loves these and her feet feel so much better, no doubt I’ll be getting her a few pairs this year!”
