“This is my second pair of Mutant. The shoes are amazing: versatile across packed trails, mud, technical rock. They even fair well on wet rock. The upper is bulletproof and lacing system gives a great locked in feel. While not waterproof, they drain water incredibly well. They are perhaps on the heavier side, but the fit is so good and locked, they strangely feel more agile than other, lighter trail shoes I've used. They're so comfortable straight out the box and fantastic for longer distance runs. Fit runs slightly small so I went a half size up than normal and they're perfect for my slightly wider feet. Highly recommend.”

“Brilliant grip on any terrain... I come from Altra because I Would only get 200 miles out of them before they gave up so wanted a solid shoe with decent traction. They are not as wide as I would like so I just go a little easy on them. 10mm drop also feels a little high but such a solid shoe. Feels like they will go forever .”
