“Great little pack! Enough for medium trail run essentials. Fit is very snug and adjustment is super simple. However... this misses out on top scores because anything more than 500g and the belts slip in the buckles! I threw an A/T Stormshell in with 500ml soft flask and had to keep tightening the strap until I tied it up. Not good! Still a great design, so if you need to carry water, hold a flask and use the pack for a layer / gels / snacks.”
“I bought it with a mind to have some flexibility with carry water and keys on longer runs. I didn't want the bulk or sweatiness of another rucksack.
It does well. But not in the way I had envisaged. I envisaged it going around my waist, however, it needs to be too tight to be comfortable there - an inherent problem with all waist bands I expect.
It basically has two straps either side of the pouch that feed into one buckle, so on one side I put a strap above my shoulder and one underneath my armpit and on the otherside both beneath my arm pit and then buckle it up. So a bit like having a bag over you shoulder and across your body, only more stable. It is really secure and comfortable like that. The four attachment straps offers a nice amount of flexibility and you could even where it as a rucksack if you wanted.
Ultimately, it is a very simple design and construction and I have been really pleased with it.”
