“Very comfortable running shoes, feel a bit tighter than my Lone Peaks that are the same size but not a significant difference. Look big but feel light.”
“There's plenty of room in the width of the toebox, as you'd expect from Altra, but the Torin 2 improves on its predecessor by having plenty of toebox height also. The midfoot is comfortable and the heel cups just right. I've done a hundred miles or so in these on back country roads through floods and they've responded admirably. Also I think they look great. If it were less pricey I'd buy another pair immediately. Overall, a fast, light, comfortable shoe for distance running,(with a zero drop) that nearly lost a star because of it's cost, but is also so good I just couldn't do it. That's it. You get what you pay for.”
