I have just run a few times on the treadmill, & I am pleased so far, I bought a size bigger than normal & they fit okay they are a narrow fit tho, they remind of the old Brooks trainers I had 30 yrs ago very comfortable

Very light shoe, looked good, but very narrow. Too narrow for me so I had to return them.

I couldn't be more pleased with these shoes. Been looking to try Hoka for a while now since I've got issues with sore feet and ankles on my longer runs. And they've done the trick for me. No more soreness even after 15 miles and I've also been able to quit taping up my knee before running, the pain is simply not there. All these are the good parts from the cushioning. They fit quite true to size, but in my opinion they're a little narrow in the toe-box, giving my pinkies a bit of a squeeze. It's not a great bother, but I can feel the pressure on my pinky toes after a while. Might be that they'll loosen up more over time (only 60 miles this far). Otherwise they're high quality shoes with good build quality. The soles show some wear already on the white parts, but that's to be expected since that's not the load bearing part of the soles. Otherwise they're good as new this far. No issues apart from the narrowness. At the price you get them here they're a bargain. Well worth the money, especially if you've had issues with your feet/ankles/knees. They do help. I've previously used a wide array of shoes. Have a bit of an issue with pronation so a few years ago I went with the Mizuno Alchemy which still is one of my favourites. The thin soles however makes my feet sore on the longer runs. Here the Hokas deliver. Feels just as stable, but way smoother. I also have a pair of Saucony Omni in my stable which are gentler on the feet than the Mizuno, but does not compare to these ones. Also here it is a much smoother ride in the Hoka's. So in conclusion; These shoes deliver a smooth, yet quite stable ride. They will be my choice for my marathons and long runs over the others any day. I will probably rotate on the others for shorter runs until they're worn down and then replace them with other Hoka. I'm Hoka'd.
