“Size is on the tighter fit, I’m 6ft and 15st and the XL fits ok. I think this is because it stretches well and the sleeves are long. I’ve worn this on dry and very wet days to get a feel for it and It’s not let any rain in on longer runs. I find I get very warm when running in this so I can only run in this when it’s really raining hard or the temperature is below 5 degrees as it’s not that breathable m, But I do sweat a lot. If I’m not sure about the weather I fold it up into it’s hud and hold the elastic between my little finger and thumb. I don’t normally like holding anything when I run but because it’s so light I can hardly feel it.
Overall my opinion is that in cold wet conditions it works really well and would come in use as mandatory race kit, light, waterproof seams, hood.
One last thing, I really like the double half zip opening. It means you can leave it zipped up so it doesn’t flap around but also have the zip open the cool off. The hood is ok and has a small peak with a small flexible rod giving it a good shape and structure.”

“I bought this jacket for the Rat Race Coast to Coast race in Sept'17. On Saturday the weather was lovely, and the jacket packed down small and tidy in my backpack, I didn't even know it was there! Sunday was a different story - it started raining at 4am and didn't stop. I wore the jacket all day and it was a revelation. The design, taped seams etc kept me dry from the relentless rain, and the breathability meant I never felt hot or sweaty. It did eventually succumb to some moisture, but at the end of the day I felt that this piece of kit was my best friend on that wet Sunday.”
“Pleased with this jacket, it is lightweight packable. It is lighter and more breathable than other jackets I have had and i do not get too hot in it. I have yet to test it in the rain. It is a great piece of kit for running on the moors.”
