“The parrot caged arrived on time and was assembled by myself after a few difficulties with the screws. It is well made and my parrot has settled in nicely in the cage the feeders are a lot easier to manage without having to put my hands in the cage to take the feeders out of which I had to do with my other cage . Thank you for the delivery people were very helpful thank northern parrots I will definitely will be ordering from you again soon .”

“Had been looking for a week or two for a new cage for our Ruby. Came across this one on Northern Parrots web site which looks nearly identical to our other Grey's cage. The price was very competitive and even sweeter with the extra discount off for our first order and free delivery thrown in, just perfect. The cage was delivered in a matter of days. Assembling it was "fun" (not!) and Ruby is happy in her new home.”

“We have had this cage twice now. Its a great size for both our African grey and the floor space. It is easy to clean and very easy to move.The only down side .. my boy finds it very easy to tip the dishes..although thank goodness he only does it to the seed dish and not the water. The three dishes are a good size but it might be nice if they could make the single dish a bit bigger as our boy refuses to use his nice large posh bird bath but loves jumping one leg at a time into the water dish.Will we buy this again..oh yes. Great size,great quality and happy bird which is the most important thing.”

“This cage only arrived yesterday. I am an experienced flat-pack furniture assembler, female, short concentration span for reading instructions, but an expedient attitude to getting it upright then sorting out the correct bolts later. I assembled it alone and I did just fine. There are a few bolts left over but it seems they must just be spares. My parrot watched me build the cage and climbed straight in, even faster than I could video him. I bought my cage in stone and his green feathers and his coloured perches stand out beautifully against the pale bars. The whole bird-toy-cage combination looks very attractive indeed. I chose this cage for its very small footprint for my workplace, but with the high domed top and low floor, it gives the bird a lot of room and is roomier than the dimensions suggest. He climbs around the domed ceiling. The small bottom tray is much easier take out and clean than my large tray at home. The food bowls have unusual lift-up door mechanisms, but very nice and easy to use, The front door is not large but it swings out easily and not taking up too much space, because the hinges are slightly offset from the edge. The bars have big gaps that my fingers can reach through to the knuckles, so it will only be suitable for medium size birds like my Amazon. One of the people at my work said it looks like a Rolls Royce of a cage.For birds that spend a lot of time out of their cage, I think this size cage could be sufficient. But if you cant let your bird out as much, maybe consider getting the larger one. I only built it yesterday, so if it does turn out to have some down-sides I will come back and alter this review, but so far the bird looks beautiful and happy and in it, and I am delighted.”

“I bought a stone Ecuador cage for my Meyers parrot. Instructions were pretty poor, but didn t take more than an hour to put together with two of us. My Meyers went in pretty soon after it was assembled and seemed to settle quickly. It is a much larger cage than his previous one and the bars are a couple more mm further apart, but with a couple of strategically placed perches he soon figured out how to clamber in and out. The cage was really well packaged, delivery was excellent and cannot fault the quality of the finish”
