This was my first time of using this product and I expected it to take a long time to prepare ( Have previously grown sprouted seeds)The instructions say soak for 12 hours in boiling water - and several rinses and that was all they needed to be ready for use - Readily consumed /no mess/full of nutrients - Brilliant!!

Good soaking mixture and very easy to prepare for birds. I usually soak it overnight, boil for ten minutes in the morning and chop it up to make a smaller mash. Glad that I got it.

I'm used to buying mung beans and the like from the supermarket and soaking them so I thought I give this a go and I'm sure glad I did!The variety and price are outstanding compared to what it'd cost to try and make this up yourself from supermarket bought pulses. My two 'tiels love the stuff and eat it as soon as it goes in and will march about the bottom of the cage to eat the crumbs too.A great way to give some extra nutrition and enrichment to their diets. Every parrot owner should give this a whirl.

I've used this product before and my parrot loves it. I give it to him about twice a week, and I giv e him the Harvest Seed mix also twice a week. He gets the Pretty Bird every day and a bowl of fruit every day. It does, therefore, last a very long time in a sealed container, and works out very economically.
