Our local pet shop closed down and we were at a loss as to where to purchase our parrot's seed, as they bagged it separately and it was not off the shelf. We had been recommended by a very nice lady from Parrot Rescue a while ago to try Northern Parrots for parrot food, etc. so we thought we would give you a go. Well ... we certainly won't be going anywhere else in the future having seen the bird seed mix you supplied. Our parrot just ADORES it!! The delivery and quality were first class. Well done Northern Parrots.

My macaw and sun conure both love this and I'm very tempted by the garlic sticks myself!

Hi we have an OW Amazon who is over 35 years old and in the last year has lost a lot of his sight, but the way he runs round the aviary you would not know. This food has a really nice smell to it and he really likes it as his sense of smell seems to drive him regarding food the stronger the better. His companion a yellow crowned amazon also doesn't throw hardly any on the floor. Although its a bit more expensive the waste is far less making it better value for money.

This is a good value mix without too many peanuts or sunflowers. Our Amazon seems to thrive on it, although she ignores the various tiny ingredients. Only downside is the short shelf life. The smaller 3Kg pack I bought in January 2011 has a Best Before date of June 2011! Our parrot will only eat a fraction of that 3Kg pack in 5 months.

I have 2 african grey's and they both love this stuff...they love to wait by the food tray and as soon as i release it they throw it at me as if to say fill it now, it's now a game to see if i can fill it first or they can throw it at me
