“I feed our African Grey every morning for egg food for breakfast, with either a small amout of fruit or sprinkling of omega 3 seeds. Mixed with some boiled water and he obviously enjoys it as he climbs out of cage up onto his perch waiting for it. Since doing this rountine his condition has really improved.
Since taking him to a vet specialising in Exotics Jay is so much happier as his diet has been radically changed. “I have been buying EMP egg food forever for my birds as it’s so important what it does for them. I took a punt on this one as not ordered from NP for some time in regards to this egg food and could not remember if it was the Sunring brand as pictured, When the order arrived I was really pleased it’s the regular egg food I have been buying for years and not the Sunring brand as pictured. (Northern Parrots you need to update the picture of the product).

“I always feed EMP to expectant mothers when they are considering laying eggs. I place a dish by the entrance of the nest and they feed on it while their eggs start being laid. I start placing the food dish 2weeks before I give them the nest. I always have strong shelled eggs thanks to EMP. When the youngs arrive I make sure the mother has a continuos supply of the food by her nest, she will deal with it and feed her babies. I inspect the babies twice a day and talk to mother and children all day as much as possible. After 2 weeks I talk to the mother and remove her babies and place them in an incubator . The mother can and does look at the babies and knows they are safe. I then feed the babies myself every 2 hours with a special baby food, the mother is still having EMP every day.. As they grow older the feeding time lengthens. When they are fully feathered they come out of the incubator and are placed in a large baby cage. By this time the babies have been introduced slowly to their solid food...EMP...and fresh fruit and vegetables. They start flying and socialise with siblings and parents. They are fed with EMP for as long as they want it...they never forget EMP. They will feed on it all the time. I prefer to feed it fresh and wet...as they like it...spoon feeding them with a tiny teaspoon which has been beaten both side to make it funnel shape does the trick until they are coping themselves.I have never lost a baby....thanks to EMP...the best food for Mother and Fids”
