I bought this product last week for my one year old African Grey has he going through his first moult I was recommended to get Harrison but mistakenly ordered these instead after reading all the reviews I thought it would take a while for him to adjust to them but surprisingly he took to them straight away and loves them so I m not sure what to order next time do I stick with these which he likes or try him on Harrisons??

I switched both fids to this and they both love it. Its much more better quality than Harrisons. This is by far the most healthiest pellet on the market.

I tried these pellets as they are cold pressed instead of baked, so I thought they might tempt my grey to eat pellets, but no yet another one he has refused! When I opened the bag they smelled quite strongly of alfalfa and the pellets do look very similar to very small pony cubes. I did taste one and they are rather dry and bitter compared to other pellets! Harrissons recommend you try theirs! So it was no surprise that he refused these. Apparently these are not a complete pellet as they are lacking vit D3, so although I will keep offering him these until we finish the bag, I donthink he is going to eat them, nor will I buy them again as they are incomplete. They are however well packaged and better than an all seed diet, so I would have continued with them if he would eat them!

Thought this would be a good choice to wean her off seed and onto pellets. But with a very picky eater she didnt like them at all. As soon as she picked up a pellet it would crumble and she would instantly drop it. The packet was great with a resealable top which other brand ive tried her on dont have. Good price and fast delivery just a shame she didnt like them.

My two take these more readily than Harrisons. Just a few with seed mix, nuts, fresh veg and fruit, so I am more than happy to buy them.
