An alternative to the fabric hideaways, this large sized Polly Pipe, made in the UK, makes a great place for your Parrot to rest out of view.
Hideaways give your bird a place to feel safe and secure when they feel threatened, unsure or nervous.
Simply thread some rope or chain through the tube and attach it to your bird's cage. Alternatively you may wish to punch some holes through before fastening it.
As well as providing a safe place for your bird to retreat too, this Polly Pipe Parrot Hideaway - Large is fun to chew.

“Excellent safe hideaway. I have drilled holes and attached with stainless nuts, bolts and washers, then attached to the bars in the cage with perches etc placed so bird can gain entrance. Jolly good fun, and echos when he talks.”

“Cockatiels love hiding in the tube and hiding food, also good for them to sit on top, being able to chew it is a bonus”

“I hang this up with plastic parrot chain from another northern parrots toy. I make small holes in the tube to hang it. My senegal sits in it and strips the inside, like wallpaper, in layers. Then he starts knocking the sides down like drywall. It keeps him busy! One day he might learn not to sit in it for the final bite, where he splits the tube in half and ends up hanging on one side of it!”

“My large conure loves these pipes. I put them with the perch going through them and thern position the perch in the cage. He loves walking through them and chatting, the sound is superb, we all enjoy them. So safe as hideaways as not threads, fabric or fluff. I would reccommend to all parrot owners as a safe toy.”
