Made from super tough polymer designed to withstand tough chewers, the Barrel of Fun - Entertaining Foraging Toy for Parrots is great for placing fruits, veggies or any treat inside.
Push in the chamber and turn to lock, then hang and watch instinct take over.
For an easier skill level, only partially turn the chamber. And for added foraging fun, hang several Barrel of Fun toys around your Parrot's cage and hide food in one or all.

“How are lovebirds using this?! Mine is so tough that sometimes it gets stuck when even I try opening it. My bird has no chance.”

Thanks for your feedback, we do recommend this for medium to large birds such as Greys, Amazons and Conures.

“I love solid foraging toys that I can vary in the cage, this has been added to rotation. Resets quickly if Im in a rush and scout loves it, she dangles from it whilst unlocking it. You can start off without it in locking position then turn it further as the parrot understands the challenge. Happily fits a sugar snap pea, carrot button, few seeds, small grape. Our of my favs”

“My senegal cracked this in minutes the first time and now goes straight to it when I put him back in his cage and opens it in less than a minute. However, he seems to really enjoy it, it gives him some stimulation and he also spends ages hanging off it and abusing it when it's empty (just to show it what he thinks of it for not coming up with the goods!) so although it's so easy to open I think it does what it says on the box and, I imagine because it does give him a treat regularly, he hasn't got bored with it. It hasn't been damaged at all by his treatment of it and is a very sturdy toy that I imagine will last forever, so definitely recommended”

“My green cheek has had this toy well over a year now, in fact it is probably nearer two or three, and it shows no sign of any wear and tear as yet. It was a challenge for him to start with as it was one of the first foraging toys he had and we had to help him out a little.Even after all this time he still loves the toy and is a pro at opening it. He will even keep opening and shutting it over and over again in the hope it has magically refilled itself.”

“My birds love the barrel of fun, doesn┤t even have to be candy inside it you can use small toys:)It is easier than it looks, my pi opened it in just mere seconds.The material is strong and the birds beaks do not leave marks or break it(yet)”
