Buffet Ball with Bell - Tough Foraging Toy Reviews

4.3 Rating 13 Reviews
Read Northern Parrots Reviews

Your Parrot can enjoy all the wonderful health benefits available through the mental and physical stimulation that a Buffet Ball brings, with the fun added benefit of being able to use this toy as a super tough bell.
The ball has been specially designed to be easy for your Parrot to grip and hold. Made from polycarbonate, it`s light enough for Parrots as small as Senegals and Caiques to use comfortably, yet durable enough for larger Parrots such as Cockatoos and Macaws.
The two halves simply twist apart, so you can fill with food, chewable wood, more bells, fresh fruit or anything else you can think of. Start by using something you know your Parrot enjoys, as this will act as a great incentive for your Parrot to start foraging.
Use as a foraging toy, a bell or both. The opportunities to keep your Parrot entertained and active are endless.

This was an instant hit with our Macaw, it is now his favourite toy and loves getting his treats from it. He used to make a lot of noise when we came home but now he rings his bell which I am sure the neighbours appreciate as much as we do.

Great toy - noisy and robust. Problem is that the access holes are so big that only very large treats can be used.

Although most people would probably use this toy for larger birds, it works just as well with the littles! I have both this one and the cage mount buffet ball too and I couldn't be happier with them. All of my birds figured them out, you can stuff them with just about anything and they are super easy to clean. I even use them for my lories and lorikeets because they're so easy to wash. I'd recommend this to anybody trying to get their bird to forage!

A very sturdy toy which my parrot took to immediately. It's a lot bigger than it looks and it's withstood being chewed, attacked and thrown on the floor from 5 feet in the air onto a hard floor. It keeps her busy for ages :)Highly recommended!
