The food tumbler puzzle is solved by spinning the toy around until the food drops down the tube into the bottom section where your bird can receive their prize.
You can easily change the level of difficulty of this toy to encourage your Parrot to work a little harder for their treats by adjusting how far the tube is pushed into the tumbler.

Bought this for my african grey, and she loves it, despite not being really into toys, she loved this straight away, which is great for CAGs as they usualy take sometime to adjust to things. We showed her how it worked and now she spends a lot of time getting her cashews and almonds out. As much as I love this toy, I have noticed after a month or so, it has started squeaking when it moves. It doesnt bother me so much, and I sure the bird now spins it just for the noise, Im sure some people may find this annoying, if this does happen to others, not just ours.

My grey didnt take long to figure out how to get goodies out, pitty this website doesnt have the option of attaching video, which I would gladly include in this review and it would say it all,one down side is difficulty in washing it properly, bits of food get stuck inside around screws attachments, these screws cant be removed as I had already tried to take it all apart, but you can only do so by force which may cause damage and you will not be able to put it back together.Last but not least I keep repeating myself like a parrot haha that every single bird is uniquely individual so its all up to you and to your wallet which product you wanna for your bird to try out and hey if he is not impressed then there is always option to give it away to some bird shelter and make other creatures very happy so pet toys are win win business in my eyes.

I like to challenge my meyers, and this has proven a fantastic challenge for her. Because it is clear she can see the treats, and that motivates her to keep trying. For the first couple of months I had to spin it for her, but now a year on she has worked out a technique to spin it, and how to shake it until a snack falls out. I put all sort of things inside nuts, dried fruit, dried chillis, nutriberries, pieces of avicake, peanuts, kaytee crunch-arounds, crinkly paper, small pieces of millet... I usually rotate her toys in and out but this is one toy I tend to leave in permanently. It is easy to refill and easy to attach to the inside of the cage. It gets constant use and has lasted really well.

This has been a great foraging toy to put dried treats in like seaweed crackers and nuts. We have both the Baffle Ball and Foraging Carousel and this has by far been a much greater challenge for my Amazon. We have had it for a few months now and it is still a challenge for him to rotate and shake the treats from. The plastic is super durable as well. The only downfall is that it can be a bit tricky to clean as it does not seem to open up without force, so strictly for dry foods only in our house.
