Keep your Parrot, not to mention children and other pets, occupied for hours with a Birdy Babble Ball. This interactive Parrot toy can help teach your bird to talk with an array of words, short phrases and sounds, like "pssst," "meow," "squeak, squeak" and many more.
Hang this Birdy Babble Ball in your Parrot's cage or on their play gym stand using secure fitting pear link provided and watch as the inquisitive nature of your bird takes over.
Your bird has to learn how to activate the sounds, which is achieved by knocking the ball with their beak or against the cage bars, a perch or another object. The tough casing is designed to take whatever your Parrot can throw at it, or even whatever your Parrot throws it at.
The range of sounds helps to retain your bird's interest and the degree of repetition ensures they hear each sound regularly enough that it helps train them to talk.
The Birdy Babble Ball turns off automatically once your bird has finished playing; prolonging the battery life so your bird can enjoy many hours of fun.
It is no wonder this toy has fast become a favourite with many a Parrot and owner too.

After his initial hesitation my African Grey has decided that this is great to attack! He hasn't quite figured out that the more he shakes and attacks it, the more it answers back.Great fun for him and for me to watch.:-)

I bought the babble ball for my Amazon (Malcolm). He doesnt normally play with any toys when he is in his cage and would much rather wait until he is out. However, the babble ball is great! He was a bit wary at first but absolutely loves it now and is quite often seen 'attacking' and playing with it.

My grey loves it, in fact it's his new favourite toy. There's quite a few different noises and phrases which seem to amuse him and considering the abuse it gets, it hasn't broken either.

My parrot finds this to be a wonder. Hits it every once in a while to get the noise and then tries to copy it!Very entertaining!

Wow, what a great purchase. He was a little frightened at first I think. However he can't keep away from it now. He bashes it about to his hearts content and has got his favourite sounds. His head pricks up when he hears them.

my ducorps cockatoo adores this toy, he plays hours and hours with it, even in the morning before he is uncovered. He took to it straight away but the greys took a little more time.

I initially bought this (in the smallest size) for my budgies. But even after they'd got used to the sight of it, they showed no interest in it at all. Their occasional inquisitive pecks weren't strong enough to set the sound off, so it just hung there, ignored.Occasionally the budgies would accidentally knock the Babble Ball into the bars of the cage, which would set it off, and every single time they jumped out of their skins with fright! They never seemed to get used to it.However! My tiels like it a lot more than the budgies. They'll happily bash it and squawk back at it, and seem to enjoy climbing up the chain that holds it to the top of the cage as well. It's easily sturdy enough to withstand their weight and pecks, and they don't seem to have any trouble setting the sound off - probably because they're that much heavier than the budigies. So I'd say this is a good one for the bigger birdies, not so great for the lightweights.
