Stacks of Shredding - Large - Wood & Cardboard Parrot Toy Reviews

4.9 Rating 34 Reviews
Read Northern Parrots Reviews

This popular toy from the Zoo-Max range offers opportunities for your Parrot to enjoy both chewing and foraging.
Threaded and stacked high, your Parrot can enjoy chewing away at all the coloured wood and corrugated cardboard slices to keep their beak healthy and trim.
The corrugated cardboard slices have loads of places for you to hide small treats, push seeds or bits of food or anything else you can wedge into the holes at various levels around the toy.
Your bird can then set to work, searching for, finding and retrieving their rewards using their natural foraging skills and keeping their clever mind active.
Placing treats at various heights promote your bird to climb, keeping them active, fit and healthy for many hours.
Sisal rope runs through the centre of the toy, but sections have been left exposed at the top and bottom for your Parrot to preen. Having materials to preen on can help reduce unwanted feather destructive behaviours, keeping your feathered friend looking fantastic.
Use the metal pear link provided to quickly and securely fasten this Stacks of Shredding - Large to your bird's cage or play gym stand.

My African Grey does not enjoy plastic toys. She loved this and showed no fear when introduced to it. A really substantial chewing toy that lasts so much longer than previous ones we have tried. Would strongly recommend it

This is a favourite of our bird it keeps him occupied, the only trouble we find is that he can destroy them quicker each time he has one. Still they are great for keeping him occupied

I rotate her toys every three weeks to prevent boredom, but this one will be staying! From day one she has absolutely loved it! A sturdy tower of card and wood. Colourful, fun and a great price too!

Cheeks my blue and gold Macaw eyed this as soon as I brought it in. I could see he was going to do his oo Im scared of new things bit so I immediately offered it to his Fluffy puppet Macaw. of course he then put his fears aside and insisted it was brought to his playstand. No sooner had I hooked it on the chomping began. He was quiet for a good half hour yet hed only nibbled the corners off some of the carboard slices. Its a great good value toy. As Cheeks has got older he plays less so seeing him engrossed in this was fantastic for me.
