“When I saw this item and the reviews thought it would be ideal for our CAG. Was worried that it was made from rubber but reviews and description state its very durable. I was after a durable foraging toy for our CAG to encourage her and this was ticking the boxes. When it arrived was surprised at how large the holes were - nothing we wanted to store inside would sit there - everything would fall out. So that was the first thing was disappointed in. We shoved it with paper and wrapped up our CAGs treats - at first wasnt interested but then she started to pull out the paper with treats hidden inside. Then the next big disappointment came. She ripped the rubber apart in matter of hours and we were left with just a chain and bell.All in all this is a poor item and would not recommend. Its not durable, its too big to store treats unless you put in something like huge walnuts or brazil nuts none of which our CAG likes. For 5.99 its far too expensive for a chain and bell. Back to the drawing board and back to making our own foraging toys out of paper tubes”

“My parrot loves this toy and prefers to play with it on the bottom of the cage, rather than hanging. She also likes to rest her chin on it and push it along.”

“When I received this the bell clapper was missing, I contact NP and they refunded the cost and the issue was sorted out immediately. Customer support is brilliant and very helpful, friendly and professional. I have given the item a 5 star review as it would have been brilliant if it had been completed. Since then I purchased a stainless steel medium bell for my parrot, which he absolutely loves.”

“My African Grey loves these. She rushes back into her cage to investigate as soon as she has spotted I have put it back in full of paper and treats for her to investigate and pull out. My Sun Conure is new to our home and she or even he lol has yet to investigate theirs. The bell annoyed me to start with but now I like it as it allows me to hear she is happily enjoying her toy. The only thing that is a down side is the rubber does not withstand many attacks from a Greys beak but they are not too expensive so I take it on board that it will have to be replaced at some stage.”
