This Nutcase - Bird Safe Rubber Foraging Toy for Parrots is shaped like a giant peanut and the holes are the right size to fit treats your bird enjoys.
The bird safe rubber is very durable and you can push a wide choice of materials and foods inside, creating your own strong chew or foraging toy.
Change the contents regularly to keep your bird entertained for hours. In the wild your Parrot would naturally forage for food in this way and it helps to keep them mentally stimulated.
Your Parrot may also enjoy swinging around on the Nutcase, giving them lots of exercise through play.
Use the metal pear link provided to quickly and easily fasten this Nutcase to your bird's cage or play gym stand.

Darwin, our African Grey, has really got into this wonderful toy/treat dispenser. We have hung from the top of his large spiral Boing, and he happily sits up there seeing what new fun thing he can find inside the 'Nutcase'.We have stuffed ours full of strips of paper, plastic bottle tops, small wooden balls and food treats. Darwin just loves to find the treats if he can.He has had it for several weeks now, and there is still no damage evident. It does. when first out of its packaging, have a distinctive rubber odour, but this wears off quickly. So maybe leave it a while before giving it to your bird, if smells put them off.All round it does exactly what is says...

This is a great toy - my parent's cockatoo loved it - but he did manage to completely destroy it within 30 minutes of adding it to his cage. But it kept him busy!

Really good investment, Jasper (Grey) has had this for at least 2 years, and it has only just worn out - I will have no hesitation in getting another one! You can stuff it with all sorts, not just peanuts - I put treat berries, small half walnuts etc inside too.( The rubber stretches well to get these in) Rubber is better for him as he usually destroys plastic treat holders -at least with this he is more interested in destroying the contents!
