This Nutcase - Bird Safe Rubber Foraging Toy for Parrots is shaped like a giant peanut and the holes are the right size to fit treats your bird enjoys.
The bird safe rubber is very durable and you can push a wide choice of materials and foods inside, creating your own strong chew or foraging toy.
Change the contents regularly to keep your bird entertained for hours. In the wild your Parrot would naturally forage for food in this way and it helps to keep them mentally stimulated.
Your Parrot may also enjoy swinging around on the Nutcase, giving them lots of exercise through play.
Use the metal pear link provided to quickly and easily fasten this Nutcase to your bird's cage or play gym stand.

This is one of the best toys for my African Grey, she is only young (9 months) but managed to chew through one of the segments in a couple of hours. Saying that, Kobe is usually quite shy with her new toys and takes a few days to get used to them. Not with this one, she was grabbing for it straight out of the packet. She absolutely loves it, spending hours at a time playing with it even when there is no treats in the middle. I will definately be buying a replacement when this one wears out. Its worth it to keep Kobe amused whilst I'm at work during the day.

I bought one of these and it keeps my African Grey occupied for ages. I put it in his cage to keep him busy whilst I am out of the house. I fill it with slices of fruit/veg and he wont leave it alone until its empty. I am going to buy a second one to put things such as paper/card/wood in. Very easy to clean. My bird would say it is very messy as when he has finished with it he has all bits of fruit stuck to his beak.

I had to buy 2 of these. They are great fun especially when my cag was a baby. Now that he is 3 years old, his beak is stronger and is able to chew through 2 of these. It is not long lasting and after the second one that has been chewed through I didn't buy another. This is probably more suitable for small birds.

I'm not sure if my Grey is ultra destructive but after removing the nuts he continued to chew all the rubber making just one large hole

When I ordered this I didn't expect it to last a week since Ozz (the little boy) can take a phonebook apart in zero to sixty seconds. However, this nutcase has withstood his greatest efforts! Because too many nuts aren't good for them, I fill it with grapes, bean and broccoli stalks so it look s a little like
