Ole Senior Bird Kabob - Chunky Chewable Parrot Toy Reviews

4.6 Rating 14 Reviews
Read Northern Parrots Reviews

Totally irresistible, the soft inner core begs to be shredded.
The shreddable inner core is protected by a harder `bark`. The Ole Senior Bird Kabob has pre-cut holes, allowing your bird to get a good start with their shredding adventure.
Please Note: Colouration of the wood may vary based on the environmental conditions during the growing and drying cycle. Also due to the potential presence of an omnipresent organism (A.Pullulans) which is killed during the baking process.

Our african grey parrot took to this toy immediately and made it her mission to destroy it as quickly as possible! Some people might think this was an expensive toy if it only lasted 2 hours but she did have so much fun ill definitely be buying her another one soon.

This toy lasted less than 30 minutes although my bird enjoyed destroying it I was hoping it would last a bit longer so I could get my moneys worth parrots need solid wood to last longer

I used this toy for my orange winged Amazon as I needed something easy for him to shred that wasn't his feathers. Although it spooked him at first, he soon got right into it and needless to say I will be needing another soon! A nice and easy toy to get a bird a bit more comfortable around shredding toys

my blue fronted amazon who is a ferocious chewer got stuck into this the minute she saw it, it's already come off it's string it's so well chewed, that's the only problem, with a real chewer it won't last very long, but i would definately get another one as she has so enjoyed it

Our birds loved this - really good size for smaller birds ( budgies , tiels , parakeets etc )They spend hours caving it out and playing with it.We did drill to make another hole the other end so we could hang it the other way so it was easier for them to get to the wood.Would recommend to anyone as its lovely to see them display natural behaviours and the wood is very soft so easy for all birds

Our African Grey was suspicious of the original one for nearly a month before finally starting to play with it. The new ones have a lifespan of about 2 days now :) Fantastic treat.
