With a little imagination you are sure to find a whole number of ways to keep your Parrot entertained. Some simple ideas include tie them to the cage bars or threading them onto rope or a skewer and hanging them in your Parrot's cage.
Why not link a few together to make a large mat which you can cover part or all of a cage side with? Or perhaps make a Maize Mat hut for your feathered friend to hideaway in and chew to pieces?
However you and your Parrot decide to play with them, they are sure to enjoy the crunchy noise as they pull apart and shred this natural toy.

“Bought this because my new female cockatiel is extremely destructive. Put the mat on a stand and she went straight over to destroy it. Best thing Ive bought for her yet!”

“1 mat fits all!! lol. Bought this for my big guy Greenwing Macaw and he loved pulling it apart into chunks and loved the crunchy texture of the woven mat. The chunks were then picked up by our Conure and shared with a Cockatiel. They loved chewing and picking at the natural fibers.I love that this toy has no colourings and is safe for them to chew and demolish! I was a little disappointed that it was only 1 mat for the price when the pictures showed 2... but I may have just missed where it specified only 1?”

“These are great, there are two in each pack. I tied them to a cage corner with bits of sisal rope, my lovebirds like to sit on top of them and then shred them to bits.”

“These are great as they keep our parrot from totally destroying his perches. He still does destroy them but he spends time on these as well.We put one in the bottom of his cage and he spends ages shredding and chewing it, also it has no sharp bits like wooden blocks etc.”
