“Awful service, would not sue them again. Ordered a box of 4 glasses with standard 2-3 day delivery, still hadn't arrived after 5 days so I emailed asking where they were. I then received an email saying I had been refunded - I wanted my item not a refund. So I emailed asking if my order had been cancelled after 3 emails and a tweet and no one getting back to me I realized my order had been cancelled. I then reordered - given I needed the order - and emailed asking for my delivery to be upgraded free of charge to next day delivery which they did. When my order did arrive it was only 3 of the glasses I had ordered and one I hadn't. When I told them this and asked for the 4th glass to be send I received no response. after a follow up email I received an automated email saying I had been refunded some of the money but no email from the company at all explaining or apologizing. so now I have a set of 3 glasses which have been a headache to get and are incomplete. awful service do not use.”
