“Ordered and arrived within a week. There was an issue with the courier and only part of the order was delivered. I spoke to Mollie via chat who followed this up and monitored it daily until it arrived - she kept me updated at all times. Quality of product is amazing, and I have one very happy girl!”

“I've put 3stars because we didn't receive this bed. They sent us the Moro cabin bed and then refunded us the difference. It took a good week to contact customer services and get a resolution and refunded difference. I just wish they had a telephone number instead of just an email to speak with customer services. Regardless of receiving the wrong bed and the long time to speak with customer services they were very helpful and the bed with storage is fab, my daughter loves it. She has a reading nook underneath with a big bean bag. She loves her desk too! It's spot on for my little girl.”

“Just built this bed for my grand daughter and must say I’m very impressed and delighted with it , fantastic value real quality. In a small room it real creates space and the storage is fantastic, easily built my grand daughter loves it”

“Now that everything is assembled, we are really happy with this bed. The main bed part took about 4 hours to put up while the individual storage / desk units took about an hour each. There is quite a lot of flexibility where you position the storage so we put the drawer / shelving units back to back so to create a "den" which works really well. Everything seems really speedy and well made.”

“Assembled really well with excellent instructions, can't go wrong ;) We configured the bed to create 2 snugs which our boy calls his "reading cave" (on the right) & "adventure tunnel" (on the left). He loves it & we can't get him out of his room ..... result!”
