“One word OUTSTANDING! Ordered this 2 days before my little one went to hospital for an operation. Delivery was support to be around 1 to 2 weeks. However it arrived the next day! Instructions where very easy to follow. However 1 item (Tower Tent for slide) was mission only noticed after we built it from returning from the hospital. I emailed customer services and the missing item was sent the next day. Unbelievable value for money and excellent help from customer services, I cannot thank you enough.”

“My experience with Noa and Nani has been a positive one as the products have been of high quality and their customer service has been exceptional. We initially made a mistake with our order which the customer service team dealt with prompted for us and cancelled, we then ordered the Thor bed frame with the fairy accessories. The frame arrived promptly but the accessories did not, the customer service team were extremely professional and sent out a replacement for the item for the next day using a different courier and they also refunded the £29.99 next day delivery charge from my initial order.”
