“Nice little bed that my 3 year old was very excited about. Unfortunately there were some issues with delivery. Just the slats turned up first with the rest of the bed following the week after. And when it did arrive it was damaged. Tried to contact seller but had no response which is a shame.”

“I paid £30 for the next day delivery. bed was delivered next day - HOWEVER was missing all the slates for the bed. meaning the bed was NOT USEABLE!!!! i contacted someone on the live chat (there is no phone number to speak to a human on the phone) and was told that even though i was contacting on Friday at around 12pm the earliest the delivery for the slates would be TUESDAY. so therefore i had an unusable bed for 5 days!!! my son had to sleep on a mattress on the floor and i paid £30 delivery for NOTHING!!!! not happy. once the slates arrived the bed is lovely and really happy with it. however looking at other reviews this seems a common issue - so be warned!!!!”

“Was happy on the whole after getting someone to set the bunk beds up . But after my 2 days of used from my grandchildren ( 1 aged 7 and the other a toddler of 18 months old ) staying over for the weekend, I noticed with horror that the ladders brackets have crooked from 2 days used .Informed Noa &Nani customer services, they send out replacement brackets to us but when I asked for some compensation on the handyman fee as I have to call him back to fix new brackets, but did not get any reply on on my request .”

“Issues with chairs - see photo. Difficult to build. An unwillingness to help when needed to re arrange delivery and unable to speak to someone via technology or phone due to covid pandemic - however not sure why this is still used as excuse as every business should have remobilised how they provide their service regardless if they work from home. Would not order again. Also paid £29 for next delivery- which resulted in waiting a week as the company wouldn’t authorise panther to deliver to secure garage. Both parties were incompetent when it came to trying to reschedule and customer service was shocking. To the point of ridiculous. Managed to speak to someone who could eventually help and rescheduled it. The actual couriers who delivered on behalf of panther were fantastic! Professional and slick!”

“I would love to review this product but still waiting for it to arrive. I have received an email from dpd saying I would be given a delivery slot but heard nothing since then. Dpd say they haven’t got it yet? Confused !”
