“I still have not received this item in full after 6 days (4 working days) of receiving box of 1. That took a week to arrive. Customer service is not great at all. I’ve had no updates on the whereabouts of the second box or when to expect delivery. After paying a huge delivery fee I am extremely unhappy with this service. The frame of the bed however seems fantastic. We have yet to receive the slats to comment on the bed and it’s sturdiness. The frame is attractive and easy to assemble. If this review was based on this item only it would be rated higher.”

“The cabin bed it self is very nice however it arrived with some scraps and dents and paint chipped. I would have still kept bed however the smell from the bed is so unbearable and toxic I'm so surprised they can sell children's furniture like this. It smells of strong varnish smell (only way to describe it) i want to return but cant get any response, no phone number. I wish i had reviews on other sites like amazon as the smell is mentioned in the reviews. I contacted customer service by email and had a response that they are short staffed. It has been a week and im stuck with a bed and daughter cannot sleep in her room the smell is bad. Noa and Nani encourage you to leave a good review in return for a free side table... no thanks !! Google off-gassing! Do not buy, we've always brought from reputable places however this time i loved the look of the bed and thought would try, should have read the bad reviews on other sites!”

“The table looks fantastic however I do have a few issues, I didn't receive a delivery date other than "7 to 14-days estimate" and then my order was just delivered and left in against my front door, I received no notification. Also, the bench supports had been knocked out of place so I had to screw them back in. They are just small issues and although it was disappointing I'm still am very happy with the dining set, it looks fantastic.”

“This does the job, however rather long so it didn’t fit at the side of the bed due to ladder being in the middle. Also I was sent white instead of grey and customer service have not replied to my email sent on the day I received the items. Not good customer service.”

“Very average. Unfortunately my packages had been left out in horrendous rain. No contact about delivery. So unfortunately i was away with work. It is water marked and spoilt . Customer service terrible they did nothing to help. I would go as far to say they where not interested at all.”

“The chairs and the benches look good and of high quality but unfortunately i did not received my table so I can't comment on it, its been over a week I'm still waiting for my table, after getting in touch with the customer service they told me the table has been lost in transit soo still awaiting a replacment..”
