“Item was delivered and the box was very badly damaged. Luckily the contents were fine. Opened the box to start building the furniture and there was no instructions or screws etc!!!! Been trying to contact Noa & Nani for 3 days by email and tried calling by phone but no answer after trying for 24 minutes!!!!!!! Can’t give the product a review yet because without the right kit I can’t build it!! Very disappointing customer service!!”

“Product is ok 3/5, some marks on it as soon as it come out of box, raised paint marks, bubbles, scratches and some bits not looking perfect, not as good as ikea quality, but not that bad. Price is good, easy to assemble. Service was bad, product was delayed 3 weeks, after 3 weeks they said product delivered but it wasn't, tracking showed nothing, had to wait further days for them to chase this up, eventually got the bed 4 and half weeks after ordering, customer service didn't reply, if they did they would just say its coming as delivered, no number, no live chat, terrible. Had to go through another brand they own to resolve the issue, no genuine apology for what happened either. that's the reason i wouldn't order again from this company.”

“Terrible quality. The table looks great in photo. It was all damaged when it arrived. Totally impossible to speak to anyone and emails take FOREVER to get a reply. I eventually got money back. Will never buy again from them.”

“The bunk bed is fine- there are little white plastic dots that have to be inserted all over it to cover the holes for the screws. You can see this in the pictures especially around the ladder, but these are all over the bed which ruins the look somewhat. The bunk bed took WEEKS to arrive in its entirety- I received box one initially, and one of the 2 mattresses I’d ordered. After much toing and froing and waiting 48h+ a time for a response (no number to call) it transpires that one mattress wasn’t even sent out and had been missed somehow. Then the bunk goes on sale whilst I’m still missing half of it. The difference in cost was refused to be refunded. Eventually received the final missing box, after this was ‘lost’ by the couriers (??!!) and had to be re-sent out. The courier said they often have this issue with the company and they send things out piecemeal. So, the bunk is fine, but won’t be ordering from this company again.”

“Looks fairly good and sophisticated, hard to get drawers with gaps round the edge all consistently spaced. Runners poor quality and some drawers don't slide very well. Customer service absolutely appalling, took weeks to receive the correct/undamaged products and no money back given (I was sent the wrong 1 drawer bedside table and the chest of drawers I also ordered had a part that was cracked and a part that was scratched).”

“Good product but annoying delivery! The display cabinet itself is good - it looks nice, it's sturdy, and easier than other flat-pack items to assemble. *However* the delivery with XDP Express was quite annoying. I received a vague text from them saying they had an 'SMS order', and I assumed it was spam since it didn't mention the actual company. Then I received a call from the driver saying that my building's lift was out of order and I needed to collect the parcels (still no mention of what they were or where they were from). When I came down minutes later, both lifts in the building were working and the two large parcels were left unattended next to the furthest away lift. My husband and I were both unwell, but carried the parcels across the length of the building while keeping an eye on our roaming toddler. Delivery is free, and you clearly get what you pay for. I would have paid for a better delivery company if there was the option.”
