“Utterly shocking service two weeks after ordering I had to contact them to discover they had apparently lost this item! They had no more in stock so offered to send a replacement. Again after a week I had to email to get it sent! When it finally did arrive it was missing the mattress I also paid for!!! Again upon emailing it was lost and now out of stock (website says otherwise). They are now refusing to refund my £85. I am a single mother left without a bed for my two year old shocking. Never buy from them!”

“The bed itself and the tent that ties underneath are great. The customer service however has been terrible. A piece was missing from the tower/tunnel set and they were unable to replace it. Also only one mattress delivered when two were ordered. Over a week later and we have not had a refund or replacement.”

“Item ordered on next day delivery at extra cost took over a week. I had to chase the courier myself. Arrived damaged and poorly packaged. The promised delivery slot notification never came and neither did the promised notification if there was a delay. Lost the will to keep chasing for refund and was not willing to wait for their courier to pick up and send a new one. Real shame because I wanted to love this company as much as I liked their products but the poor customer service and inadequate delivery arrangements made the whole experience a pain.”

“Terrible experience! Don’t buy from them! Received the order fairly quickly but one part was wrong so we could not assemble the bed for 5 days as waiting for the spare part to be sent out, then realized they didn’t provide enough of bed base slats so had to buy some spare ones as did not want to wait for another few days and in the end which is the worst bit the bed is bigger than the size that is described online so it doesn’t fit as we wanted!!! I even rung customer service to ask about right size and they confirmed it is what it says on website ( not on the pictures as that is already confusing enough) which is wrong!!! Waste of money and time!!!!”

“Avoid at all costs. I wish I had listened to the other negative reviews I saw online. Bed ordered next day delivery and came on time. A piece was missing and 11 days later they have still not delivered it. It was sent by Yodel courier 6 days ago (after a delay of a few days due to snow which was not a problem). They are now checking to see if Yodel have lost it and if not will send a replacement - by Yodel! Yodel takes 3 days at least to deliver. They claim not to be able to send the replacement part by next day delivery. Shocking customer service.”

“Terrible service. Didn't tell us delivery was delayed until the day of delivery. Wasted a days holiday. Customer service is a joke. They don't listen, don't pass on messages and don't call back when promised. Do not buy from this company. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.”
