“Nice looking bed but inadequate build instructions, poorly fitting bedslats and awful customer service! Pay the extra and shop elsewhere! I was accused of lying about the non-delivery of my item, made to sign a form that implied that I had committed mail fraud and never once given a proper explanation of what had happened! I’m still waiting for the supposed body cam footage from the driver and police indcident number! Can’t see that ever arriving as the delivery driver who actually delivered the bed (2 time round) was in shorts and tshirt in a blank unsign written van”

“Terrible service, wrong delivery date, abandoned in the middle of a driveway over a weekend. Wrong bed sent, and parts missing and company won't correct any of this. Avoid this company at all costs”

“Unfortunately although we bought this item online showing it was in stock it never arrived. We had a full refund and was told the item would be withdrawn from the website. However, it was was continued to be advertised and when I telephoned the company after Xmas I was told it remained out of stock. I’ve no idea what the quality of this product is like but I have been asked to make comment. I do hope it is in stock soon.”

“The bed itself is great, looks good & sturdy, not much of a gap/headroom between top & bottom bunk so possibly not great for older kids but suits us to use in our guest room as twin or bunk. We had some issues at the building stage as 2 crucial bed posts had been manufactured wrong with the holes in the wrong places and missing holes etc so we had to wait an extra week for replacements to be sent - massive inconvenience to us and Noa & Nani were ok & at least did arrange replacements but I was not impressed at all with the customer service - they weren't even a little bit apologetic about the Inconvenience to us despite it being an error on their part. E.g I phoned 1pm Friday to report the issue & they were pretty disinterested on the phone & said 'well obviously it's the weekend now (1pm on a Friday!!) so if I could send evidence/photos of what I think the problem is then they can send it to the right department & look at it on Monday for me' (3 days wait for them to just look at my email not necessarily re-order the part?!?) very frustrating process - exacerbated mainly by the terribly unhelpful person answering their customer service line so be prepared!”

“This form mattress feel cheap , price not that cheap compare to many other shop . The delivery company must forgot to deliver this mattress together with the bed that I ordered with, I been calling many time but no one know whatis happened then eventually I come home one day it been dropped with my flat mate without any notification or explanation. Disappointed with the delivery and disappointed with the quality but don’t want to waste more my time to get return for refund”

“Ordered a mid sleeper bed. When the confirmation email came through it wasn't what I put in my basket. Contacted Noa&Nani and the item that I had ordered was not in stock so they was going to deliver a different colour. Obviously I didn't want this so asked what else was available and basically there was nothing in Silk Grey. Really annoyed as the bed was listed in stock both on their website and on their eBay site and they thought it was ok to change my order to a different colour without asking. I asked for a refund but because I had to wait I couldn't order a new bed from elsewhere until my refund came through. Their customer service is rubbish and I'll not be ordering anything from them again.”
