“The first delivery went missing with the delivery drivers. Then the full product couldnt be replaced so the triple became a double. Then explained about the card that the product was bought on had been cancelled by bank as we had bought something from a site that had potentially been hacked and the customer service person refused to help with putting the refund onto any other account. Safe to say we still haven't received the refund... Shocking service”

“Unfortunately this item was available on the website but then I was told it wasn't available. This was probably the item I went on the site for initially. I was disappointed but the team emailed me pretty quickly and I received a refund. I can't really review this item because I never received it.”

“I was not aware it was a flat pack.Nowhere on your site does it indicate flat pack.If I had known I would not have bought it..The quality is very poor although it looks ok.”
