“The worst service i have ever had in my life. Advertised as next day delivery which was then altered to 5 days delivery after purchase. Then had none stop issues with the delivery. Finally got the delivery 10 days later but half of it was missing. Had to wait in a further few days for delivery which never came. Finally at 9pm i got the delivery. Who on earth delivers at 9pm. Would not buy from this retailer again. Everytime you email them they fob you off”

“Sent me wrong item. Still waiting 2 weeks for the original order. The courier service they use are awful. You can only contact a manager via email. All very confusing and time consuming.”

“Arrived damaged having been flung over my 6’ high back gate by the delivery courier. I found it hard to put together and the feet don’t fit to the base at all well. Customer Services have refunded half my money but I would say even in mint condition, the quality isn’t worth the full price.”

“Nothing wrong with the bed itself, standard flat pack and took about an hour to assemble. However, I do have an issue with their customer services and delivery. We were told this bed would be delivered on several occasions and subsequently took time off work to meet the delivery. When the delivery didn't show, we called Noa & Nani to chase and were told they'd call us back (they didn't return any calls when on the 3 occasions we called them). Also, the answering machine helpfully informs you to call back during normal office hours (Mon-Fri 09.00-17.00) which is reasonable, but not at 3p.m (on 2 occasions). We eventually received the bed, which we found on return from a shopping trip, stuffed under a bush in our front garden, in the rain! Probably won't be using them again.”

“I was told by their customer service it will take up to 10 days for delivery with one day notice. I waited 7 days nothing happened and I called them and they had no idea when it would be sent out. I said it is already 7 days gone and you must have a delivery schedule by now to give me a day notice. Anyway the driver turned up while we were at work. They could have called us to warn us it is coming. The customer support has no communication skills at all.I cancelled the order due to they would not re try delivery the next day.”
