“If I could score this less than 1 star I would. Ordered for my little girls birthday and when it arrived the packaging was disgusting, boxes battered and not sealed fully. When I opened the box the pieces were imperfect, cheap & shoddy! 12 days later and I am still waiting for the bed to be picked up after numerous phone calls. Bad quality & bad customer service.”

“Absolutely horrible quality of beds and when I tried to return them right away, I was told that they must be packaged in the same boxes as they were sent in - even though the website says nothing about this. I explained this to the Customer Service and was given such a hard time, even though it was because of the faulty beds that I was trying to process the return! Then I even tried to order another bed and pay for next day delivery. But they did not arrive next day, nor anytime the same week I ordered them! Every time I called, I was told by the Customer Service representatives that they did not know when my bed would be delivered. It become so exhausting to deal with this company, who told me that I couldn't even speak to a Supervisor but rather had to email someone named Sam and wait for his response, that I decided to return everything and bring my business elsewhere. I would highly advise people not to deal with this company. I am a management consultant, working with organizations every day, and I rarely come across companies that are in need of so much improvement!”

“Lovely cabin bed however the ladder is cracked so can't climb up and down it and having an absolute nightmare with customer services not replacing it even though photos of the damaged part were emailed immediately!”

“The bed itself is fine, however, it's worth noting that it doesn't not come with the pouch on the side as seen in the picture. The problem I've found with this is regarding the next day delivery which wasn't available, being able to purchase this in silk grey but getting the white due to stock issues and that the boxes turned up damaged. Good bed, poor service”
