“Unfortunately this was out of stock when ordered but the process of notifying the customer was poor as an email went to my spam folder and only a few days later was followed up by a text. By that time the money had been taken and my autistic son was very disappointed that his bed had not arrived. More than 2 weeks later I am still waiting for it to arrive back in stock so he can have the bed he has been waiting so long for. The product is still being advertised as in stock in Amazon which will no doubt lead to further disappointed customers.”

“I purchased a shoe cabinet from the website; but was later informed that there weren't any in stock, it would take up to three weeks. Would I like a refund or wait. I said I'd wait. I was then told they were no longer in production and offered a refund. Overall things were efficient enough but I was frustrated to have bought something advertised on the website and shown as in stock, only to be told later it wasn't. Shan't bother with them again.”

“I am now waiting for the 4th delivery to try and get the order right. 1st delivery none of the package arrived. 2nd delivery had no frame to attach it to the bed. 3rd delivery never turned up! 4th delivery is meant to come today but still waiting.”

“Bed itself is easy to put up and solid enough. Fairy tent didn't arrive with 1st order. When delivered on another day with other missing parts of the order, it was missing the door. Still haven't received the door 9 days later. Nor have we had any response from the company to the issues. Bed is 4 star, experience with Noa & Nani 1 star. All we want is what we have ordered and paid for.”

“I never received the item I purchased. Instead I received a used wrong item. I'm guessing that was already returned. After a couple of emails I received a full refund so as disappointing as it was I wasn't out of pocket.”

“Sent wrong colour bed and even though I paid nominated day delivery for £15 had to wait “up to 10 days” to get the bed I ordered. When I rang up was told I would be refunded the £15, still not received it. Was emailed Friday afternoon at 3pm saying it was coming on the Monday but obviously this was too short notice to get off work. I did speak to someone on the phone but she said if no one was in that it could be a further ten days.”
