“Not had a great experience. The item delivered and they refused to bring it inside the building (I'm in a flat) so I had to carry 4 heavy boxes up 2 flights of stairs with a fractured wrist!! There was nothing on the website that says they don't enter a building or go up stairs. When we had someone come to put it together, no slats were sent!! I requested them 3 days ago and still waiting for them to arrive. So my children have a bunk put together that they cannot use. Extremely dissapointed and totally put off recommending the company to others.”

“I will start my saying that I love my little boys cabin bed, and he thinks it's amazing! (Almost 3). The one star is down to the shocking customer service. The bed turned up missing pack F which should have contained 5 screw covers. Unfortunately, we were unable to complete the bed without these. I sent a photo of the parts section of the instructions, including a photo of where they belong on the bed. Rather than send the missing parts, we got an entire pack of parts for a different item altogether, which contained 4 of the 5 pieces we needed. I contacted them again for the missing part, and again got sent the wrong parts!! When I called up I was told that what I was sent was all there is?!! Terrible service. Not sure what more they need when it is their product AND they have pictures of the actual parts needed!! I won't be ordering from them again because of this. Let's hope third time lucky they get it right!!”

“There is probably nothing wrong with the bed itself. But mine hadn’t turned up. I ordered it nearly a month ago. I asked why and was told it had got lost in the system somehow, despite having paid. They have organised for it to be sent out again. Fingers crossed it will get here in time for Xmas as it is their main present. There was no gift/discount or apologetic offer of goodwill, which is quite surprise as they would have pretty much ruined Xmas if I hadn’t contacted them. I said an offer of goodwill would be appreciated. I was told they would “think” about it after the item had been delivered. I’m left feeling like the company is angry with me, not really sorry for it’s mistake and (still) waiting for a bed and mattresses I paid nearly £400 for. I hope I win the £100 review prize as it might make up for the pretty poor service I’ve had so far. Keri Jones.”

“The Eva Day Bed looks the part. When is it assembled it looks quite attractive. However I do not rate its quality. It took me a long time to decide to buy this bed, over one from IKEA. I bought this one because I thought it would be better quality than IKEA'S day beds, and now I don't believe it is. Assembly instructions are poor and we found the bed difficult to put together, the wood nearly split several times when we were trying to put it together. Once assembled, the drawers (which are NOT fixed to the bed, but rest as a separate entity on the floor) kept falling apart and still are crooked looking. The largest drawers front keeps falling off. Now, you could say that we didn't assemble it well, however, I have never had this problem with IKEA furniture (not that IKEA are the bees knees or anything, but the only thing i can compare it with!) Overall, a disappointment as I thought it would be great quality. But, looks quite nice.”

“Delivered when asked for, bed had parts missing and parts damaged. Discount was offered but not enough, parts were sourced and replaced. Selling from multiple shops with a big difference in price from the same seller under different names. Shop around. Bed itself is stop on.”
