“I don’t normally leave reviews but I am really upset and disappointed with the service from the courier as we are still waiting on delivery which is now two weeks late after paying for next day delivery. We have still not been refunded this or offered any compensation for utter inconvenience. I loved the website but now been put off from purchasing again.”

“This company broke a childs heart at christmas.I paid the money right away and when i phoned up to see what was keeping it.Was told "We dont deliver to belfast" even allow the website clearly states"WORLD WIDE DELIVERY". Not even a sorry that they broke a childs heart,she was really looking forward to her castle,her dream world.money before happiness with this company.”

“Having paid for next day delivery at great expense I was disappointed when the next day delivery was not met. I also received a set of bed slats and three random slats. I emailed the company to let them know but have received no response. Product was fine but service poor.”

“Happy with the product itself but the service has been shocking. Ordered on a Monday evening and paid for next day delivery. Beds didn’t arrive until Saturday afternoon! Practically zero correspondence from this company or the delivery company, I was doing all the chasing. I have submitted a complaint email to an address provided and have heard nothing back. Very unprofessional and dissatisfying. Have used this company twice but won’t be back a third time if this is how they treat their customers.”
