“Its really attractive and looks good but... its really hard to put together, i am normally quick at flat pack so was disappointed at how long it took and how poorly the fittings stayed in place. The main concern is that the coating on the cupboard is fragile, I managed to completely scuff on drawer putting it together, only resting it on other parts of the cupboard. Could learn lessons from IKEA in designing fittings better and testing the quality of materials. For me its a case of an expensive lesson but I am determined to keep it, it took me too long to get it together and now its fastened to the wall. I suppose its a creative test to see if I can repair the damage maybe?”

“The tunnel and tent are great but we haven’t fitted the tower as the pole to fit it wasn’t made very well and doesn’t fit well so chose not to fit the tower”

“It is a lovely sleep station no doubt. But 1. The instructions are horrible! I have Never seen anything this bad ! 2. The boxes came with a lot of damage 3. I had to ask several times to get replacement screws. (Still waiting as well) 4. I was informed that I would get a call the day before delivery.. they called 5 min before arriving (mid school run) 5. The delivery man put the items in my front garden and refused to put it inside the door! 6. Same delivery driver tried to force me to sign for the items. Without making sure it was all there. He also informed me that “we’ll. you can sign or I’ll do it for you” All in all. I got (we’ll. More or less) what I ordered. But the stress it is caused me. Not worth it.”

“10cm too short for the Max Bunk Bed, even though it is listed as an accessory! Product reviews; to give Noa & Nani fair credit, they did arrange collection and refund me very promptly. Nonetheless, very annoying as we really wanted these shelves for the extra space they'd offer.”

“Delivery was a bit of a nightmare and took far too long compared to our last Noa and Nani purchase which was received very quickly. The trundle bed was fine once built but the holes to bolt the pull down legs in were misaligned on one side so we had to take the parts of the bed that were pre built apart and rebuild it all to get it to work.”
