“It would be ok as a drawer and seems ok with a foam mattress but does not fit a standard single mattress as stated. When built, the trundle actually measures 180 long, not 190. We have got round this by squashing in a foam mattress but not the original mattress we had intended which was a coil mattress.”

“The bed looks okay but made very cheap and only suitable for really small children. Would recommend for a spare room but not really as a day bed to use as a sofa as it's too flimsy. Easy to construct.”

“I would love to say it was great but I got one box of slats and the rest never arrived. They sent another but this also didn't arrive! So ended up getting a refund as they couldn't appear to deliver it! Customer services said they often had problems with the deliverit's so wouldn't recommend!”

“I would give this company 0 stars if I could. Cannot review the product as requested by them because it never turned up! I ordered this bed for my daughter's 5th birthday, payment was taken and the website claimed it would be dispatched within 24 hours. A week later I e-mailed them as I had received no dispatch e-mail. I had a curt e-mail back saying they had been trying to contact me because the bed was out of stock! No offer of an alternative bed. I had no missed calls, no voicemails or e-mails from them so this was clearly untrue. There was no offer of an alternative and I am puzzled as to why why payment was taken for an item that was out of stock. I was told my money had been refunded and it was, eventually, but it didn't leave me much time to order another bed, especially as their website said the bed had actually been dispatched! I didn't want to end up with two beds. It's a shame one of their representatives didn't bother to call me because I would've just chosen an alternative but since they didn't, I took my business elsewhere and found a nicer bed somewhere else. Odd business model.”

“Pros: the bed is beautiful and good quality, just as in pictures. Very pleased but can only rate as Acceptable because... Cons: we paid £29.99 for named day delivery and received no contact when it did not arrive on delivery day. A day was taken off of work to sort out the bed for our child. I contacted them by email and I was treated respectfully but actually not much help at all as blame put on delivery company. Delivery charge promptly refunded as I requested. Parts 2 & 3 were delivered 4 days later than required. No phone call ahead & lucky I was home! Part 1 containing the slats was missing which we only realised once bed assembled on a Saturday. Company are not open on the weekend. I emailed and was responded to on the Monday. Child had to sleep on the floor until parcel delivered, which was arranged for the next day.”
