“Quality of chest of draws are beautiful, however, I have received the wrong side panels for the draws. I emailed customer services who took days to get back to me, they then sent out the “correct parts” which weren’t the correct parts so I currently have half a unit up. This has been the case for over two weeks! There is no number for customer service so you have to wait days for someone to reply just to say they are looking into it! Won’t purchase again been nothing but hassle and still not resolved. If I wasn’t heavily pregnant I would have sent them back but I don’t have the time to look for new! Hopefully issue is resolved soon, although I’m not holding my breath.”

“We received the incorrect bed base, I have struggled to get hold of customer service, there is no phone number and it seems to take days to even get a response to email. It had been agreed to send the correct bed and pick up the incorrect one but now have not heard anything about when. It’s really frustrating.”

“Not happy , ordered the bed with the tent part , never received the tent , been charged the full price , parts of bed had marks on it , only noticed half way through building so had to continue ! Have emailed and no reply ! Also terrible they don’t have a contact no to call direct ! Not happy”

“Well the slats came but no frame! A week later and post guests visiting! Refund for specific day delivery offered. New courier gave no warning of date so wasn’t home. Quality of wood and finish isn’t great.”

“Quality product, but don't try to start assembling it at 10pm . Also be warned N&N customer service has no one you can call and delivery process is completely inflexible. I had ordered and autofil put in my home address as billing but my work address as delivery.... There was noone I could call at N&N when delivery was attempted. I then tried to change address with N&N but they wouldn't, even the billing address on the order. I had to re-arrange delivery to my work address and borrow a roof rack!! Very frustrating.”

“Good bench and easy to assemble. Would be more highly rated however the wrong baskets were delivered with the bench. Small brown baskets received instead of advertised white baskets. No response from customer service team so far despite filling in the contact form to make them aware of the error.”
