“The storage unit looks really nice in our hallway. For £50 it is worth the money, but if you can invest in a more expensive unit do it. It took us 3 hours to build as not all the holes were lined up correctly. We had to drill our own holes and use glue in places. The wood easily marks and splits too. Overall you get what you pay for, just don’t expect an easy build.”

“The bed is nice but came with very, very basic instructions & the holes drilled for the screws were nowhere big enough so we needed to adjust them, also the slats were posted separately to the bed, which is strange, they got lost in the post so we had to wait a few days to complete the bed. It doesn’t make any sense to send different parts on different days & can’t be economically sound for the company. We are happy with the bed now it is complete but not sure we would order from this website again.”

“We recently purchased the Noa and Nani Sven Tree house Single Forest Bed. The delivery of the bed was problematic; a delivery time of 8 30 am-9 30 am was allocated (when we and most people are on the school run…..). My wife emailed the company in adequate time to request a later slot, the company replied giving us a delivery slot an hour later. On the delivery date, we were on the school run/going to work; my wife receives a call from the delivery driver saying he was outside our house at 8 30 am !!! And if no one was there he would have to return the bed. My wife explained she had requested a later time slot, the driver had no idea about this !!! She asked the driver it to leave the boxes containing the bed in the porch way. The driver did this, but also broke the porch way light completely. As to the construction of the bed, since it’s quite expensive, one would think the materials used would be substantial and adequate. This is far from the case. I have probably put together, over the years, dozens of flat-pack furniture kits and I know all the pit falls and the most ideal way of putting them together, stress free !!; to the point friends and family ask me to construct theirs. I have to say the Noa and Nani Sven Treehouse Single Forest Bed has been the most problematic. The wood for the main frame/ bed is cheap and the machined pilot holes for the locking bolts are very inaccurate. I never use power tools in flat-pack construction, however, even with light hand tightening of the main frame interlocking bolts, the wood split in three different areas. The reason for this is the bolts/ hardware that come with the bed is of very cheap quality and not the correct gauge. Make sure you get it right the first time though, as there are no spare bits of hardware, (believe me you will make mistakes with this bed). I could only complete the bed because I have spare kit. Set aside a couple of days for the construction, it took me a whole day, (and I'm quick) due to poor pilot hole location, cheap fixing bolts and an indecipherable instruction manual. Considering the price of the bed, this is very poor, on lots of levels. I have put beds together that were half the price, that used better materials with much better hardware, (and spares !!). All in all, my advice would be to look elsewhere, I wish we had……….”

“Solidly made but pieces were labelled wrongly which made it confusing to put together. Especially as no instructions in the box. Similar quality to ikea. I was expecting better.”

“Fast delivery and all parts there my son loves the bed but only downfall is there should be an explanation of the mattress as u have to buy a certain size and u can't buy it anywhere else but this shop and if u make my mistake and don't buy it with the bed it costs over £100 but apart from that happy”
