“Never received item ! A replacement was supposed to be sent out 15 days after first order as the terrible couriers they use “ lost it in transit” replacement never arrived either. Rubbish !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“The bed is nice, as in the picture. It turned up without the double bed bed slats. When I rang up about it on Monday they immediately said they would deliver them separately, which they did that Friday. Great! The story doesn’t end there though unfortunately! We bought a normal sized double mattress for the bottom bunk and it doesn’t fit. When we called up to enquire they said they couldn’t understand why. We now have a mattress we can’t return to another company because we took the packaging off. We therefore had to buy the double mattress from them but when we chased the delivery up they said it’s got lost on delivery to us. Chasing it up again, they said another one will be delivered tomorrow but we shall see. Losing hope! Fingers crossed as people are meant to be sleeping on it tomorrow night!”

“I would love to be able to review this but my delivery is still yet to arrive. There have been various issues with the delivery which I have repeatedly had to chase up. Staff at Noa and Nani have been fairly helpful but the delivery service is not what I would expect at all.”
