“I’ve been waiting 10 days now for my bed slats and mattress to arrive following original delivery of the rest of the bed, therefore my children have nowhere to sleep. I’ve contacted noa and Nani 5x now and yet am still waiting for them to be delivered”

“I would give it 5* but you still haven’t delivered it to us and won’t help us contact the couriers We ordered this for a birthday party and it hasn’t come in time”

“I'm not happy with the tower, the 2 poles that hold it up have very sharp edges I couldn't put it on the bed incase my son cuts his finger on them they should have been rounded off or at least have rubber grommets to put on the ends another worry if my son puts his finger inside one of them and his finger gets stuck they are razor sharp and could take his finger clean off”

“The quality is good but the delivery forced the lower review. In a large order with this sleepstation and two Millie beds we ended up waiting neatly two weeks and FOUR deliveries to get everything required!! We were missing a bed, then slats, then incorrectly sent two cupboards instead if a chest of drawers. The team were good and responsive but could not send anything urgently and did not respond to my complaint email.”

“The drawer looks nice, but we had the wrong item delivered to us and that item didn't even have all the pieces it needed. The transfer happened quickly and without issues, but it was an extra hassle that we didn't get compensated for.”

“Rather thin Mattress, can feel slats of bed underneath when sitting down. Advise against this as child's main mattress, recommend moreso as a spare. Also to be aware - order of mattress got split from bed, and communication from Noa & Nani management is still ongoing (2weeks) to get resolved. After care service therefore not well received.”

“The item is good value and perfect for my 3 yr old. However the delivery service used was awful. Multiple failed deliveries after multiple emails and calls with the delivery company. A real let down and puts me off using this site again.”
