Whilst we specialise in Cabin Beds which come in a number of different funky designs,
we also stock Bunk Beds and Traditional style single and Double Beds for Kids and Adults.
We make great quality wooden beds that not only provide a great place for kids to sleep but also to play and to work.

Quality of the bed is excellent and really pleased with it. But slats never arrived with the bed and 3 days later I'm still waiting for them to arrive. Tried contacting the company but it's very slow to reply and no answer when you call.

Absolutely awful customer service. I ordered the Thor cabin bed with digger tent - the package arrived late with the slats and tent missing. It was supposed to be my little boys present from Santa - he has been unable to sleep in it for 9 days now. I have tried contacting Noa and Nani everyday since with no reply. I have tried ringing/ emailing / live chat but nothing. Disgusting customer service

Well I’ve ordered my bed and still waiting to hear anything. Can’t get in touch with anyone from the company to find out what’s going on, poor customer service

The Bed itself is brilliant, well made good to look at and easy to assemble. But your ordering and delivery system is an absolute shambles. We first ordered the bed via Amazon, you accepted order sent invoice and took our money. You then decided it was out of stock and returned our money. So we reordered through your own website as it said it was in stock and nothing happened. When enquired you told us you had returned our money - you had somehow linked our second order with the first even though it as made after the money was returned. You wouldn't reopen the second order so we had to reorder again (the bed was for our grand daughter's birthday which was getting ever nearer). In the meantime we had ordered a mattress which hadn't shown up and for which the tracking information found no trace so you said that you would sent another one. The tracking for the bed and second mattress didn't work either. The bed and mattress finally arrived, out of the blue on the weekend before her birthday. On the Monday we opened the boxes and could not find any instructions or screws and fittings and our nightmare really began. The only way we could communicate with you was via the chat system as you do not answer your phone. We explained our dilemma and were told we must have missed them and to look again which we did. We were then asked to describe what boxes we had and were told they were complete. You then asked us to assemble the bed so we could identify what was missing, but how could we without instructions and fittings! We then found a set of instructions on your website and identified which items were missing, it turned out to be a box full! We were then asked to take photos of the boxes we had and send them to you which was a problem as I have a new computer and how to do that wasn't obvious. You then said you would send the missing box. This exchange took 4 hours, tying up a whole morning and driving me to despair, all of which could have been sorted out in a quick phone call. Tuesday we heard nothing. Wednesday (her birthday) we had an email to say the box would arrive between 1:40 and 3:40 - it came after 4 and we had a frenzy of activity to assemble it in time for bed. Thursday another mattress arrived which we returned and we received a notification that a bed was to be delivered with tracking information which did not work. The whole experience has spoiled what was meant to be a special moment on our granddaughters birthday but luckily she doesn’t know any of this.

Poor quality. The item arrived with numerous faulty pieces; some pieces of wood completely cracked, some parts missing, several pieces of wood were split etc. I have had real issues getting in touch with anyone from customer support, emails being ignored and phone calls going unanswered.

Never arrived, customer service horrendous. Refunded after numerous online chats. Don’t answer phone always 60 minutes wait then hang up. Avoid avoid avoid.
