“Unfortunately, I ordered this mattress but a Single Deluxe Mattress Hypoallergenic High Density Foam was delivered instead. I tried to contact N&N customer services several times by phone and chat with no luck. Although this is a more expensive mattress, I'm not pleased with the smell and the fact that N&N have probably done this change on purpose. I have also had several issues with the delivery, which meant my daughter had to wait >10 days to get a mattress to sleep on.”

“I’m so disappointed with the service I’ve received.. I love the box, but unfortunately it arrived with a mark on the lid. As I ordered it for a gift I immediately emailed in the hopes a replacement would be arranged fairly quickly but two weeks on and I am still stuck with a faulty box! After several emails and attempted phone calls, it seems the only option is to dismantle the whole box, package it up and send a photograph before a replacement can be arranged.. then wait for delivery and rebuild before I can finally give it to a friend. Ridiculous. Would be much easier to send a replacement lid as I suggested. Such a shame as the box itself is lovely. Please, please check the product before sending in future and don’t make any other customers jump through hoops to get the box they paid for in an acceptable condition!”

“The description needs to be more visible rather than in the small print! I purchased this believing it was the beds and under bed and it wasn’t! I had to spend further money ordering 2 more beds! It should state it on the front page and remove the actual bed from the photo”

“Product is beautiful! Table and benches are lovely however the low star rating due to Company, not being able to contact over the phone (saying a 60 min wait and hangs up) and only able to contact via live chat. Was delivered 3 benches no table- was then due for a collection of the bench and delivery of the table and another bench arrived..... finally on 3rd attempt delivery received the table. Had to wait in 3x and arrange school pick ups because of them repeatedly sending out the wrong item and only an apology. Product is lovely and a real statement piece and easy to fit together however communication and efficiency from the warehouse sending out the products is diabolical therefore it’s a shame as I couldn’t recommend the company because of this.”

“I was led up the garden path and received a different coloured table. The table and chairs were meant to be a set. I received the chairs without the table. Spoke to the supplier and told the table would arrive separate a few days later. The table was a different colour to the chairs and discovered the colour we wanted had been discontinued. Very disappointed.”
