“Really please with the bed itself. Incredibly disappointed with the tent that goes underneath. It’s NOT as pictured on the website. I feel completely mislead and am left with a cheap and nasty looking alternative.”

“I have ordered the farmhouse table in grey over 3 weeks ago. I know with the current situation delivery times differ... However, this company have sent the wrong colour dining table to my house. Despite me advising and them requesting numerous photos they finally arranged to collect the table and redeliver what I had paid for. To my astonishment, they collected the dining table and delivered a bedside table!!!!!! So I am still waiting for the GREY CANTERBURY FARMHOUSE DINING TABLE I will not recommend those company to anyone! If the Customer Service team see this, I would really appreciate some type of communication.”

“Poor experience overall. Bed instructions were incorrect. Bed arrived in separate packages days apart, but it was not explained that this could be possible causing me to put up half the bed and then have to wait over the weekend for the rest of the parts. Several sleepless nights when out daughter was in with us. Notified Noa and Nani but comments were ignored. Ties for tent broke almost instantly when daughter was playing underneath. Daughter is still happy with bed however hence acceptable rating. Thanks”

“Happy enough with the table and chair set. It’s sturdy and matches our kitchen well. Delivery was quick but in the first delivery they had forgotten two of our chairs. Company noticed and rectified this themselves and they were delivered two days later. When setting up one of the pairs of chairs, we found that two of the parts included were wrong. Hopefully the correct parts should be sent out quickly. Happy with the product’s look and quality but a little disappointed with delivery/missing parts. Not a huge deal but shouldn’t happen.”

“Table is as expected, although (through my own fault) I was disappointed to find it was only the table. The picture suggested the chairs were included. When I went back on to order the chairs they were double the price (each!) of the table so I didn’t order.”
