“I am very disappointed with the service which we have received. I have sent multiple emails and have had no response. The bed turned up and all the materials to put this together are not there. My daughter is now having to sleep on a mattress until we can find an alternative way to put this together as I am obviously not going to get any help from the company who provided this! The instructions do not even match the bed we have received. I would never purchase from this company and they just ignore you when you contact them.”

“My WHITE bed came with a grey headboard. They are now ignoring my messages and a week later I'm still no further into having my issue resolved. Terrible customer service. Photo of my white bed .....”

“Ordered this it come pretty quick, but didn’t receive the slats for the top single. So I had to go on eBay and spend more money to get slats. Spoke to someone and they said the slats were on the way but still haven’t had them! Other than that the bed is brilliant!”

“Wrong bed sent after numerous failed deliveries. Customer service has been shocking and replacement bed was also the wrong frame which is £120 less than the one I ordered. Dirty used cereal wrapper was within the packaging too. Shocking company which I would never use again!!!”
