“Would have given 0 if I could! The piece is absolutely gorgeous but arrived damaged, I have been trying to get replacements for 3 weeks now and still HAVEN'T received anything! The customer service is disgraceful.. I would go to ikea and get better quality items and service for a lower price honestly!”

“The Dorset single bed arrived promptly but unfortunately the bed slats were not sent. The bed frame is lovely and good value for money and I hope the slats arrive soon so my son can use his new bed.”

“I can't say anything about this item because I have not received it I have tried in vain to get a response from noa and nani but to no avail so all I can say is stay away from this company they do not feel as if they have to look after you I hope that they will send my money back”

“I ordered a white sleigh bed which came next day which was amazing. But unfortunately I was sent a grey head board and white body. 2weeks later I still have not heard back from anyone after emailing them about 6 times and unable to call them as the number is always off and the message box is full! Very disappointed and now I’m left with a bed in a box.”
