“No idea what the bed is like. I ordered it 2 weeks ago now and it's still not here despite the website's claims of "business as usual" and 5 day delivery. If I knew it would take this long I would have bought from elsewhere.”

“Buyer beware - bed delivered incomplete and took nearly a month to get any response from company. Their phone goes to answer machine and emails ignored. Only got a response when began to process a refund through Paypal. Meanwhile had no bed ..”

“Did not receive the item I purchase. Parcel was put into doorway. It was ripped and open. Slats for a bunk bed. My sons birthday surprise is ruined thanks for that”

“It is a lovely little bed, perfect for our two boys however as we was making the bed we discovered it was damaged on two of the pieces of wood. One had a quite a deep dent and one had a small dent/scratch. Because it was for our child's birthday and we no longer had their beds we continued to put the bed up hiding the damaged parts against the wall. We have emailed twice with no reply which is the reason for the 3 stars.”

“Though your social media and automated customer emails are 10/10, your logistics and customer service has clearly gone to pot. It’s hard to review a bed when it’s still at in boxes, and my son is sleeping on a mattress on a floor, as 1 box out of the required 4 boxes didn’t turn up a week ago, and despite regular attempts to get in touch, I’ve not heard a peep from your company. Still, I’ve just double checked and at least the bits I’ve got, are the Arundel GREY bed I ordered. Please send me my 4th box!!!!”

“If I could put 0 stars I would but unfortunately it’s not an option. This company is disgrace. First I just revived the slats for my little boy’s bed, so had to chase up the rest of it. Then eventually the bed arrives, open the box and it’s the completely wrong bed. Been trying to get in touch for a week and no response, yet still posting new adverts daily on their Facebook & Instagram accounts.. absolutely appalling!”
